Once again Chaos Destroy! Can't have a "noise punk" blog without this band. This is the 8th release of a 21 release catalog which came out in 2008 and was limited to 50 copies. CD's are a dead format to a lot of my friends but to me there is so much "good" material released on CD format that does not make it to vinyl.

Dreamer - Devastating Noise Attack CS

Third and last tape released by Dreamer and it's a duzzie!This release leans more towards second wave noisecore a la Gloom and other bands that took ques from Gloom. Zatsuon - Insane Noize Cruster Demo CS

NYC's Zatsuon with some crashing noise insanity. They were around just long enough to release this and a seven inch on Distort Reality Records. Saw them in Montreal at Varning and they were the loudest/nosiest band I have ever seen/heard before. Ear piercing, brain drill distortion!

Cthuwulf / Gai ‎– Killed By Japcore? / Mad Noise Riot! EP

Found this in a cheap bin one time. Cthuwulf / Gai split 7", Cthuwulf were a LA based three piece who's guitarist ran the "Damaging Noise Blog". And Gai should need no introduction, the Gai tracks were taken from a live set then remastered. The Gai track Total Control got cut off because lack of space (best fucking track too). :(

If you have been following the punk scene in the state of Michigan at all then you might be familiar with this post. Very Fucking (R.I.P.) was a one person band that had a few releases, one of those being a track on the "very fucking" great comp Downtown Noise Punker Vol 2.
